4-6 year olds

Follow the ORANGE route lines

Swim/Run 20yrds, Bike 200yrds, Run 100yrds
They will swim a point-to-point route, bike 1 lap of the parking lot and run a 100 yard run down the finish shute.
1 helper allowed.

7-10 year olds

Follow the RED route lines
Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run 0.5 mile

They will swim a point-to-point route, bike 2 laps of the parking lot and run a half mile.

11-14 year olds

Follow the BLUE route lines
Swim 200 yards, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 miles

They will swim an out and back route along the shore, bike 4 laps of the large loop and run an out/back mile route
